MUST FILL OUT FORM BEFORE RETURNING PRODUCT
You have 90 calendar days to return an item from date or purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any special orders are not eligible for returns. All sales on these are final.
Please view our recommended ratios when it comes to gearing your RC Car. We are NOT liable for any damages done to product from the result of over-gearing or under-gearing your car or any other negligible driving while using our product. If your gearing is not the same as our recommended ratios for Gears, Belts, and Motors we will not replace. We are ONLY liable for manufacture defects and possible damages made through shipping valid 90 days from date purchased. Only 1 warranty replacement valid per product.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
